2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Production and Delivery (Print-on-Demand)
All products are individually made to order (“Print-on-Demand”) by our partner Printful Inc.,
11025 Westlake Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273, USA.

Production time: 2–5 business days
Delivery time within Germany: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Because each product is custom-made, slight variations in color, print, and size may occur.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

In general, our products are shipped free of charge within Germany,
as shipping costs are already included in the product price.

5. Payment
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Klarna (Instant Transfer, Invoice)
- Shopify Payments

Your account will be charged immediately after completing the order process.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Withdrawal and Returns
Since all items are custom-made after ordering, there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

A return is only possible if:
- the product is defective or damaged, or
- the wrong item was delivered.

8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
If a product shows manufacturing defects, please contact us.
Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
We assume no liability for slightly negligent breaches of insignificant contractual obligations.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

10. Copyright
All designs, texts, and illustrations on MonsterYoga.de are protected by copyright.
Any use, reproduction, or distribution without express permission is prohibited.

11. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
available at: https://monsteryoga.de/pages/datenschutz

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is 61273 Wehrheim,
provided the customer is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

13. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid,
the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
