All of our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand).
Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes,
change of mind, or personal preference.

❗️ Exceptions:
If your item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered,
please contact us within 30 days of receipt at:

Include:
- Order number
- Photo showing the issue
- Short description of the problem

We’ll review your case and arrange either a replacement or refund if appropriate.

📦 Avoid sizing issues:
Please check our detailed size charts on each product page before ordering.

💬 Legal notice:
As per EU and German consumer law (§312g BGB),  
the right of withdrawal **does not apply** to products  
that are made to order or clearly customised for the customer (Print-on-Demand).
